How to do it: Kneel down, cross your fingers and place them behind your head. Now bend down and touch your forehead down. Supporting the crown of your head with your interlocking fingers, slowly elevate your legs to face the other side perpendicular to the floor. Keep your legs closed and arms straight. Once your body is stable in this pose, try to maintain stability for a few seconds.
